Alliance Announcement 

The Bordes Group, Inc. recently formed strategic alliances with two other well known and well respected corporate security consulting firms which will permit all the companies to offer more expansive services to their clients.

One alliance is with Stuart, Florida-based Information Security Consultants, which has a long history of successfully protecting enterprise information security assets and assisting clients in securing information stored electronically.  The firm is headed by Thomas Ianuzzi who has more than 30 years experience in business management, computer technology, and computer forensic consulting.

The second alliance is with A.R.M. Specialists, Ltd. based in Arima, Trinidad & Tobago.  The firm’s president is Lt. Col. Lyle E. Alexander, CPP.  Alexander formed A.R.M. following a distinguished military career and serving for 10 years as Security Manager of a large multinational oil and gas company.  The firm provides corporate security services throughout the Caribbean basin and beyond. 

The three firms – by pooling their vast experience, knowledge, and resources in the corporate security field – will be able to provide clients with a total package of security consulting services.
